I'm Martina.

Certified sex coach for women and expert in female sexuality. Former corporate lawyer. And someone who knows – from lived experience – what opens up for women when they come back to their bodies, their sexuality and their feminine power.

I work with women across the English-speaking world, online and occasionally in person in Basel, Switzerland.

Does any of this sound familiar?

You've built the life you were working toward. A career that means something. A life that looks right from the outside. And yet… something's missing. Not despite everything you've achieved, but because of it. Getting here meant living in your head, putting your own needs last, downplaying your femininity, pushing past your limits – again and again.

• You're brilliant at your job but inside your own body, you feel like a stranger

• Sex has quietly become another box to tick, something you get through, not something you actually experience

• You go through the motions in bed, present physically but miles away mentally

• You've faked pleasure, or an orgasm, to avoid an awkward moment and felt more alone afterward, not less

• You can't remember the last time you genuinely desired your partner and that worries you more than you'd like to admit

• You've been dealing with pain, low libido or a kind of numbness and the medical world keeps shrugging its shoulders

• You finish having sex and feel more depleted than before – like you gave something and got nothing back

• You're confident and capable in almost every other part of your life but here, you feel like a beginner. It's a kind of discomfort you don't like to admit, even to yourself

• You compare yourself to what you read or hear about other women's sex lives online and quietly wonder if something's wrong with you

• Or maybe there's no crisis as such, just a quiet sense that there's so much more available to you, if only you knew how to access it

Here's what I want you to hear:

you are not broken. You are not 'too complicated'. You certainly are not alone with your experience. You have simply never been given the right space to discover who you actually are – as a woman, and as a sexual being.

What becomes possible.

The women I work with have:

✓ Found real, lasting relief from pain during sex that doctors had dismissed as 'normal'

✓ Gone from faking pleasure to experiencing effortless, deep orgasms – some for the first time

✓ Stopped watching themselves from the outside during sex and started actually showing up for it and enjoying it fully

✓ Gone from feeling at war with their bodies to genuinely liking and feeling at home in them

✓ Found the confidence in the bedroom that they already have everywhere else in their lives

✓ Stopped comparing themselves to other women, because they've realised there's no norm to measure up to – only their own experience of desire and pleasure

✓ Found clarity on what they actually want – and the confidence to ask for it

✓ More energy, more life force, more drive in everyday life because they've found a source within themselves they can draw on, every single day

This is the thing that surprises women most: the changes don't stay in the bedroom. Sexual energy is life force energy. When you learn to cultivate it, feel it, and hold onto it, it doesn't just change your sex life – it changes who you are and how you show up in your whole life. You become the woman who walks into a room and fills it, without saying a word.

Sexual development is personal development. What shifts here shifts everything.

What women say.

“Working with Martina was one of the most transformative experiences of my life. I've come back to feeling. I can allow myself pleasure again. Physical symptoms I'd had for years are simply gone. Thank you, thank you, thank you – for who you are and for the work you do.”

— Bea

“If you feel like even after therapy, a little piece is still missing, that there is something still not quite right or if you feel not in touch with your body – talk to Martina. It is an intense work on yourself, emotionally, physically and spiritually but oh my god, is it worth it.”

— Marie-Noëlle

In our very first session, something shifted. I understood that my body hadn't been failing me – it had been protecting me. From there, I started to actually feel at home in it. To love it, even.

— Jelena

My story.

It started when I was four years old.

My mother was pregnant with my little brother, and I had questions – a lot of them. How did he get in my mother's belly? What was he doing in there? How was he going to come out? And what on earth had the stork to do with the whole situation? She eventually bought me two children's books on the subject, which she ended up reading to me over and over for months. I still have both of them. That is how I learned where babies come from. Two people making a new person just by uniting their bodies. I was fascinated.

By nine or ten, I'd discovered the women's magazines stacked in the corner of my parents' café. I read every article that had anything to do with sex (because I felt I knew what that was about) – and I was increasingly confused. Nobody was talking about babies anymore. Instead, there was this word that kept coming up: „orgasm". I didn't know exactly what it meant, but I understood from context that it was something worth wanting and seemingly hard to get. So I walked up to my mother – who was in the middle of serving a customer – and asked, at full volume: „Mama, what's an orgasm?"

Silence fell across the café.

She answered me later. I understood: people have sex not just to make babies, but because it feels good. And that was it – there was no stopping me. I wanted to know everything about this sex thing people do.

From that point on, I read everything I could get my hands on. Attended courses, workshops and trainings. I came to understand that sexual energy is life force energy – that being connected to my sexuality meant being connected to myself, my essence, not just in the bedroom but in every area of my life. I set out on my own deeply personal journey to discover who I truly am as a sexual being, free from the expectations and projections of others. And it turned out to be the deepest transformation of my life.

Alongside this personal exploration, I became increasingly fascinated by the bigger question: how did we get here as a society? Where do our current ideas about sexuality, women's bodies and femininity actually come from? Studying Gender Studies gave me the theoretical framework to understand how gender roles and sexual norms are socially constructed and how centuries of patriarchal structures, religion and capitalism have shaped the way women relate to their own bodies and desires. This knowledge is woven into everything I do. Because understanding where these often subconscious patterns originate from is often the very first step to letting them go.

Then came the corporate world. I studied law and spent over a decade working as a lawyer in international companies. I know that world from the inside: the pressure, the relentless performance expectations, the constant output. A system built without any room for femininity, intuition or your own rhythm. I felt it myself – how gradually and almost imperceptibly you lose connection with your body, your aliveness, your desire – in order to function and perform at your job. I was lucky to have the tools and practices I had learned on my personal journey to keep me grounded. But I also saw, up close, how quickly that disconnection can happen and what it quietly costs you.

Because in those corporate corridors, I kept meeting women who were living it without the tools to do anything about it. Behind closed doors, over lunch, in hushed tones: chronic infections, no libido for years, pain during sex, never having had an orgasm, feeling somehow broken. Women who had never said any of this out loud to anyone. Who assumed they were the only ones.

Those conversations never left me. Eventually it became impossible to ignore: this is where my real work is. This is what I want to give my time and energy to: helping women come back to themselves, their bodies, their pleasure and their sexuality.

I'm endlessly grateful to my mother for never once judging or shaming me for my fascination with sex and sexuality. She gave me the freedom to learn, explore, discover and grow. Not every woman gets that. And that's a big part of why I do this work.

My training.

I bring a lifetime of personal exploration to this work – backed by extensive formal training:

  • Certified Sex Coach™ (SCU), including in-depth training in clinical sexology

  • Sexological Bodywork (this means guided self-exploration – I never touch my clients)

  • Member of the World Association of Sex Coaches (WASC)

  • Training in Taoist sexual wisdom, Tantra, breathwork, Yoga and meditation

  • Master of Law, University of Zurich

  • Gender Studies, University of Basel

That combination – legal precision, academic grounding, body-based practice, and a lifetime of lived experience – is what shapes the way I work with you.

How I work.

My approach is holistic and body-based – because I believe, deeply, that real change doesn't only happen in the mind. It happens in the body. In feeling. In direct experience.

I work on all three levels at once: physical, mental and emotional. In practice, that means body-based exercises and guided self-exploration, education about the female body and female sexuality, working through unconscious beliefs and the social conditioning we've all absorbed, and releasing the emotional blocks that keep you from truly feeling pleasure and desire. Body, mind and soul aren't separate. Real transformation starts in the body and ripples outward into every corner of your life.

Every woman is different, and so is every session. There's no fixed structure, no set curriculum. We work with what's present – what you need right now, what's coming up in the moment, what will actually move you forward.

What I offer, above all, is a safe space where you can talk about sex the way you'd talk about anything else – openly, without apology, without shame. For most women, that alone is an entirely new and healing experience.

FEMME VITALE – my 1:1 coaching programme.

Your vitality. Your pleasure. Your freedom.

• you're expecting me to fix things for you. I'm here to guide you, but this is your journey

• you're currently in acute mental health crisis. In that case, I'd encourage you to work with a therapist first

All sessions take place online via Zoom. If you'd prefer to meet in person, I also offer individual intensive sessions and coaching weekends in Basel – something a number of my clients have travelled especially for. We can always discuss what works best for you.

What I believe.

Good sex is a skill, not a gift.

Every woman can learn it. It's not about talent, luck or finding the right partner. It's about knowledge, practice and having a safe space to explore.

How you are in bed reflects how you are in life.

What shifts in your sexuality shifts everywhere: your confidence, your energy, your creativity, your ability to hold your own boundaries.

What you're experiencing isn't a personal failure.

It's the accumulated weight of centuries of social conditioning. Recognising that is often the moment something starts to change.

Insight alone isn't enough. The body has to be part of it.

That's why I work in a body-based way. Real change happens where the pattern lives – not just where we talk about it.

Your sexuality belongs to you.

Every woman has both the right and the potential to live a sexuality that is fully, authentically her own – on her own terms, at her own pace.
